Q1: What does “My Better Way” mean?

“My Better Way” literally means “my best way”. This name is chosen to offer advice and products aimed at improving our consumption patterns by having a positive impact on our health and our environment.

Q2: What is the zero waste movement?

The zero waste movement offers alternatives to reduce waste and waste production. It follows the 5Rs: Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Return to Earth. This involves refusing disposable packaging, reducing our consumption, reusing objects and recycling and composting waste.

Q3: Why is it important to reduce waste?

It is important to reduce waste because in France, each person produces on average more than 350 kg of waste per year. This overproduction harms our planet, causing pollution and serious environmental problems.

Q4: Where do the products sold on come from?

The products on come exclusively from French companies, thus supporting local artisans. However, some suppliers can use resources outside France when necessary, with transparency on the origin of the products.

Q5: What are the average delivery times?

The average order preparation and shipping time is 2 to 3 days. Delivery by La Poste or Mondial Relay then takes between 2 and 3 days, giving a total of 3 to 6 days for delivery after payment.

Q6: What are the delivery costs and conditions?

Delivery is carried out by La Poste Colissimmo or Mondial Relay and is only available in mainland France and Europe. Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery address and are added to the cart.

Q7: I choose Mondial Relay delivery, how do I select my collection point?

When your order is processed, you will receive an email from Mondial Relay at the email address indicated when ordering, to specify the collection point of your choice. Shipping will be on hold until you make your choice.

Q8: I have not received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received an email confirmation, first check whether your order has been validated in your customer area. If it is confirmed, contact us at or via the form in the contact section. After shipping, you will receive an email with the package tracking number.

Q9: What payment methods are accepted on the site?

We accept credit card payments through Stripe, our secure payment provider, as well as PayPal.

10: How can I return a product?

You have 14 days to return an unused product to us in its original packaging. Contact us by email or contact form providing the order number and reason for return. Return costs are your responsibility, and the refund will be made within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the returned product.
