I'm offering a short workshop to help you adopt the basics of Slow Living and learn to consume less and better every day. Then, Emilie from Rêves de Zen will offer a gentle, all-levels yoga class outdoors for one hour. After the workout... the reward: We'll end the evening with a wine tasting workshop and a tasting of wines from Mas de Valériole.
